The Update: To smooth the transition to the new GSTAT Portal, the President has directed Registries to take a lenient view on appeal filings for the next 06 months .
What You Need to Know:
Focus on Merit: Objections will only be raised for defects of ‘substance’ (merits of the case), not defects of ‘form’ .
Digital Documents: GSTN-generated documents do not require certification .
Physical Documents: Scanned copies of physical documents must be signed .
