CBDT, vide Order dt. Mar 18, 2024, orders that all the Income Tax Offices across India shall remain open on Mar 29 to 31, 2024; CBDT issues this order to facilitate completion of pending departmental work as FY 2023-24 closes on Mar 31, 2024, which is Sunday whereas Mar 30 and Mar 29 are Saturday and a closed holiday, respectively.
